Vadilator measures design files and reports what it finds: margins, alignment, shared edges, spacing, format dimensions, publisher safe areas, differences between colours in the file and colours you declared, and clear space around a logo you have marked. Measurements are deterministic — the same file with the same settings returns the same numbers.
It does not judge whether a design is good, appropriate or effective. It does not detect every kind of defect. An empty report is not a certificate that a file is correct. Publisher safe-area figures change without notice and some are marked in the interface as unverified; treat those as a prompt to check the current specification, not as a ruling. You remain responsible for what you publish.
You need an account to store brand templates. A workspace can hold several people with different roles; the owner controls billing and membership. You are responsible for who you invite and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at admin@vadilator.com if you think an account has been compromised.
Files you check in the browser never reach us. Files you send for human review, and logos and colours you store in a template, remain yours. We use them only to provide the service you asked for. We do not publish them, we do not show them to other customers, and we do not use them to train anything. Review submissions are deleted after 30 days.
The paid review is one person's professional opinion delivered within the agreed time, not a guarantee that a design will be accepted by anyone. The written result is deliberately unbranded and unsigned so you can forward it as your own notes — that is a feature, and using it that way is permitted.
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time in the billing portal; the plan then runs to the end of the paid period and is not renewed. We do not refund part-months. Prices are shown before you pay, and VAT invoices are issued by Stripe on our behalf. If a payment fails we will not lock you out immediately, but access reverts to the free plan once the paid period ends.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, resell access, submit files you have no right to submit, or automate the service in a way that degrades it for others. We may suspend an account that does, after warning where circumstances allow.
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You may delete your account at any time; doing so removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach of section 8.
Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.
